Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Porto-Heli, is currently seeking talented Receptionist

Under the following requirements:

We are excited to announce an opening position for a receptionist at the breathtaking Nikki Beach Porto Heli Resort & Spa Porto Heli.  This luxurious resort is renowned for its exceptional service and elegant ambiance, and we are seeking a dynamic person to be part of the Front Office team.

Responsibilities

• Prompt and efficient completion of all Front Office duties (check in, check out, invoicing, call center, guest assistance with requests and complaints, Concierge)
• Daily preparation of reports
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service,
• Provide a friendly & warm welcome and service to all guests
• Coperation with all colleagues and department heads
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations & all guest service guidelines
• Maintain the Front Desk in a professional order.
• Perform daily check-in and check-out procedures and daily transactions during morning, evening and night shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office and previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Protel PMS and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, flexible, professional, and guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and remain composed in fast-paced situations
• Legal right to live and work in Greece is required
