Role

Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Porto Heli is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor.  Reporting to the Front Office Management team, the Night Auditor plays a key role in supporting overnight operations, ensuring accurate night audit procedures and providing thoughtful, personalized service to guests during evening and early morning hours. This position requires a proactive, guest-focused mindset, strong communication skills and an ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-in/check-out, handle phone calls, manage bookings, departures, and verify guest accounts.
• Conduct end-of-day (EOD) procedures, close department accounts, generate reports, and prepare tasks for the next day.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
• Reconcile accounts, balance cash and records, and maintain accurate financial records for guests..
• Maintain a calm, organized and welcoming lobby environment overnight.
• Monitor property safety and security during overnight operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office and previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Protel PMS and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, flexible, professional, and guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and remain composed in fast-paced situations
• Legal right to live and work in Greece is required
