Role

Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Porto Heli is seeking a warm, attentive and service-driven Groom, who plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment, offering immediate guest assistance This hands-on position requires strong communication skills, a guest-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests arriving and departing guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle guest luggage to the room
• Park the car of the guests
• Provide immediate assistance with guest requests, including luggage handling, escorting guests and giving directions.
• Support the Front Office by communicating guest movements accurately.

Requirements

• A valid driving license.
• Good command of Greek and English language.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
